Phil Palisoul, MBA
Phil Palisoul received his MBA degree in Marketing at the University of California, Irvine. Focusing on messaging and connecting with consumers, Phil brings applicable knowledge from both politics and project management.
Phil has been a project manager for a real estate development firm for the last three years, and worked on numerous campaigns in charge of strategic messaging and campaign management before that. Phil received his B.A. in Political Science / International Relations at the University of California, San Diego.
Aaron Norris, MBA
Aaron Norris received his MBA in Marketing at the University of California, Irvine. Aaron is passionate about brand building and strategic market planning. Aaron’s background in working with small companies gives him unique insight on marketing, PR, and web 2.0 strategies for small firms with a shoestring budget.
Aaron currently works for a Southern California real estate investment company in Riverside, CA where he acts as marketing director, art director, radio producer, event planner, and education coordinator. Aaron has worked in graphic design and marketing for over 10 years starting his career in New York City between musical theater gigs that took him all over the world. Clients include Clear Channel Entertainment, MGA Entertainment, Riverside Public Utilities, and Lazard Freres to name a few. Aaron received his BFA from the New School University in New York City and currently resides on the Magnolia Board for the Greater Riverside Chamber of Commerce, the board of Public Relations Society of America Inland Empire Chapter, and acts as council for the Riverside Arts Council.
Karin Conroy, MBA
Karin Conroy received her MBA with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of California, Irvine. Karin uses her creative, analytical, and negotiation skills to drive toward elegant solutions that help her customers fulfill their missions.
Karin served as the Director of Marketing at the largest Century 21 Franchise for nearly 5 years. She is the Principal of her Marketing Consultancy, and also works with a marketing agency for nonprofit organizations. Karin has more than 10 years experience of active involvement in a plethora of nonprofit organizations, leading their marketing and communications efforts. She is also an active member of AIGA and the AMA.
